Get better abs with this easy exercise

My secret abs exercise
I have this tricky little abs exercise that I have used for a few years now. It really builds up a different kind of strength in the abs and I have noticed some better definition coming through as well. If you are stuck with your abs workout or are looking for something new to try then read on!
This abs exercise isn’t really easy!
I know I said it was easy in the title but what I meant was that it is easy to learn the technique. Actually doing the exercise is quite hard and very exhausting. However, because the technique is easy to learn you will find that you get better results than with a hard to learn abs exercise where you don’t even target the right muscles.
Another bonus point about this exercise
One other thing I should mention is that if you perform this exercise on a regular basis you will actually find that your other abs exercises improve dramatically. One of the major benefits I noticed from doing this one is that I was able to target my abs much much better in the other exercises that involve more movement and more concentration.
How to do this abs exercise
Here is a short explanation of how to do it. I don’t have a name for it but I’m sure there is on out there.
Lay on your back making sure your lower back is on the ground.
Lift your legs off the ground with a slight bend in your knees.
Lift your head, neck and upper back off of the ground as if you were doing a crunch.
Place your fingers on the ground next to your butt.
While holding your abs tightly in a crunch style position press down as hard as you can with your fingers.
Hold this position until failure.
That’s it! It really does kill your abs very quickly. If you are into sports or martial arts then this will bring you extra power as well.
If you want to target other areas of your abs all you need to do is change the position of your fingers. I found that if I held my fingers up near my ribs it targets a completely different part of my abs then when I press down near my waist.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
