Plan # 1 : How many pounds to lose ?

Let's say your weight is at present 72 kilograms, while your height is 1,65 meter. Your Body Mass Index (BMI) would be 26,5. To achieve ideal/normal BMI, you must lose at least 4 kilograms. Plan # 2 : How long it takes to lose weight ?

Next, you must define plan #2, in how many months you would achieve your ideal BMI. Remember, be realistic! You should do it gradually, and with FUN. So, don't set the time too short, i.e. losing weight in 3 weeks. This way you would be desperate when the time has due while your weight still has not yet changed. Again, be realistic!

Plan # 3 : How slim will you go ?

Plan #3 would be noting your size at present, then go for shopping to buy yourself a cute jeans or trousers that you like very much with 1 (one) size smaller than your present size. Hang the jeans in your closet in such way that every morning when you open the closet to get dressed, you would see the jeans. It will remind you to work hard in your weight loss exercise.

You could also find and cut from fashion magazines or catalogues, pictures of fashion items you really like to buy when you have achieved your ideal BMI (Body Mass Index). Put or hang the picture somewhere around your house, so that you could see it often. If you like, you could also add some encouraging words besides the pictures.

Plan # 4 : Get weight loss support from family/friends

Get supports from your husband, children, parents, sisters or friends. Tell them that you have an important weight loss program to work. You would need those weight loss support in your next journeys, when you start your weight loss exercise. Or to be much better and FUN, invite your friends to have exercise together at your own home gym. This way, you could always support each others. Isn't it FUN ladies ?
